Included Support
Basic one-time setup guidance is included unless a product page says otherwise. This usually covers clarification on files, basic setup direction, and help locating included assets.

Custom Support
If you need advanced implementation, custom connector work, or done-for-you configuration, use the relevant request form on Prismona to request paid support.
