Digital Product Delivery Policy

Prismona sells digital-only products. After a successful order, the purchased files are delivered through the order confirmation screen, purchase receipt email, and the buyer purchase history area where available.

Delivery Method

• Instant download after successful payment or order approval.
• Download access from the purchase confirmation page.
• Download access from the purchase history page.
• Delivery email containing the download links where enabled.

Manual Review Orders

If a payment method requires manual confirmation, download access may be released after order verification. This can include bank transfer or manual payment workflows.

If you do not receive your files, contact Prismona through the support page with your order email and product details so we can restore access.

File Availability

Download files may be updated over time to improve quality, documentation, or compatibility. Buyers should keep a backup of the version they are actively using.
